It was like this with KB931836 for Win2000 where that one can only be obtained by calling MS for it. nice to hear from you again, Petr. REQ Hotfix on KB885275 , TIA I'll work on this one. It didn't solve the problem though -- however helped us to rule that option out. (A small contribution to help you with the hosting fee bill was sent; keep up the good work.)
