    Hello Mick3214,

     

    In this case, the hotfix is available only for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.

    The format (.msu) Microsoft Update Standalone Package is the only option.

    To my knowledge, there are no updates to SvcHost.exe. That file interacts with so many others that it's difficult to pin down which update may help you.
