 Hello, windows 10, Ethernet doesn't switch on

Hello

I'm a newbie in these forum, but I've a question to put.

I've install Windows 10 also I'm a user of Lubuntu in a second separated drive.

When I star the pc in windows for the first time, the ethernet usually is down, and mantains till I re started with the linux system.

Any ideas?
