  1. Hi. Well, it's not very intuitive that one has to click on "Download" to upload a file. Also, to a casual user "Download" and "Download Manager" do not look the same -- it's within reason that if they were the same thing they would also bear the same name, don't you think? Therefore, the hyperlink in the "Upload Instructions" pointing to the exact place of the "Download Manager" would help. I, for instance, would not have found it without either your assistance or devoting much more time to the investigative task of finding it (and we all are busy people, don't we?). Anyway, amazing site this is, I have to say. Regards.

  3. Done. http://thehotfixshare.net/board/index.php?...;showfile=14508 By the way, the "Upload Instructions" could be improved with a hyperlink to the place it is talking about ("Download Manager"), don't you think?

  5. Ok, it says: "Upload Guidelines Registered members can submit files to the archive by clicking the Add File button in the download manager. " So, where is that "download manager" whose "Add File" button I have to click?
  6. The hotfix as packaged by Microsoft is 700 KB, the upload mechanism in the forum says I can only upload 200 KB.
  7. Ok, I already got the hotfix. It seems Microsoft has a web page to request this hotfix. They send you an email with a link, with which you can download the hotfix.
  8. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907980/en-us Microsoft released (in a restricted way) in 2005 an updated binary (and associated libraries) for Windows 2000 of the "netstat.exe" command , which is able to show the Process ID of the program which has TCP/UDP ports open. This hotfix is not publicly available. Could someone share it, please? Thanks a lot.
  9. It is said this hotfix solves the problem in Outlook 2007 SP1, where it puts out the error message: "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook". I am going to try it, so I can get rid of that problem. Thanks for sharing!
  10. I have the problem mentioned in KB article 954576 ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954576 ), regarding the "The save failed due to out of memory or disk space" error when saving a document in Word 2007. This hotfix was supposed to solve the problem, but I am sorry to say that it does not. It just slightly changes the error message. This Word 2007 error happens when you open a Word document created with Word 2003, change it, and then try to save it to a network share. I hope Microsoft releases a working patch soon. Regards.
