Been onto invision since wednesday, they don`t work weekends so it`s going to be monday at the earliest before I can start clearing the backlog. xable Posted July 22, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 No help from invision yet but a fellow customer in the company forums has just provided a solution which I`m testing now and it appears to be working properly. Invision support is great for simple things, but for stuff that requires the slightest bit of investigation their less than usefull. Makes me wonder why I keep paying for the support subscription. Anyway, after applying the fix to this live site and checking it`s working here too I should be able to start slogging through the backlog.
