leon2259
Your question: "In order to help you I need to know the number of the hotfix you need or a link to download the drivers your trying to install" I am getting the same error one of the other forums was getting when trying to load the same tuner stick. The error does not say what number of hotfix that is needed or what link as I am loading off the CD that came with the device. It just has a pop up box that says 'PLEASE INSTALL HOT FIX FIRST' I down loaded from this website "WindowsXP-KB971250-x86-ENU.exe" and rebooted and tried again but still so go. The same message appears. Any ideas ?
xable
It's likely that the hotfix you need is on the cd, if I had the contents of the cd I could look through it for you. Other than that there's not much I can do becuase the message doesn't give any info to go on. Try extracting the drivers on the cd and look for the hotfix, you could upload the contents of the cd and I'd be happy to have a look aswell.
