xable
I'm just looking at some stats on the suport topics that are auto generated when a file is submitted. Total topics: 11081 Total Topics with posts: 80 Total posts: 290 Not getting much use considering the share is 5+ years old. I'm thinking they are not really needed and it would be better to remove them. What do you think?
McRip
I would agree to that. Five years a damn long time. Remove the old ones... Cheers
xable
Not sure you understood McRip, if you did forgive me but, it's not a case of removing old topics... it's whether to have a support topic for every download or none at all. Cheers
xable
Looks like it's just me and you here McRip.
McRip
I correctly got you... We don't need a support topic for each download. Makes me sad anyhow that nobody else participate. Cheers Edited March 19, 2011 by McRip
GrofLuigi
I wanted to, but didn't have anything worthy to add... Maybe (if it's feasible): support topic to be created only if comment is added. GL
xable
McRip, ok cool. and yeah I agree. GL, I don't beleive it That's actually a very good idea, might be tricky to implement but I'll look into it. Nice one.
