Sadly, this KB2928562 V2 hotfix can only be applied to Windows Server 2008 SP2 systems and not under Windows Vista SP2
 . Please transfer this hotfix to the Windows Server 2008 section as Microsoft KB article 2928562 does NOT mention Windows Vista.
