Your question: "In order to help you I need to know the number of the hotfix you need or a link to download the drivers your trying to install" I am getting the same error one of the other forums was getting when trying to load the same tuner stick. The error does not say what number of hotfix that is needed or what link as I am loading off the CD that came with the device. It just has a pop up box that says 'PLEASE INSTALL HOT FIX FIRST' I down loaded from this website "WindowsXP-KB971250-x86-ENU.exe" and rebooted and tried again but still so go. The same message appears. Any ideas ?

I am getting the same problem and need the same help I have a new HP notebook and windows Xp Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234: service pack 3) What is the website and what version do I go to to get the HotFix download ? Thanks in anticipation
