Hellbound198126 Posted May 11, 2007 Report Share Posted May 11, 2007 Yeh thats generally the idea lol only reason that is, is to stop some n00b accidentally deleting some system file thats currently not being used by win Vista.. such as boot up files etc.. still, you can disable it by going to the user account section and turning User Account Control off then rebooting, also, to view and see hidden system files simply go to folder settings and click on the "view" tab and then click "show hidden files and folders" or something along that line have fun Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
