  3. Hello, the recently uploaded file WindowsXP-KB916189-x86-ENU.exe is the old one - current version is v2, the download link is 273638_ENU_i386_zip.exe but I don't know the password. Binary files are the same, just the INF file was changed to copy always the file to the cache folder and two registry entries were added. (at least in Czech version) Petr

  8. KB908209.exe uploaded. KB912666 KB914929 KB916189 KB918014 KB918599 are remaining but I will not ask for them since I don't want to ask MS too often. Petr
  9. I think that it is not very good to call hotfixes produced by Microsoft and published in the Microsoft Knowledgebase as "unofficial". There are also real unofficial hotfixes produced by somebody other. I don't know exact Microsoft terminlogy but AFAIK there are four (maybe more) classes of hotfixes: 1. Published in the MSKB and available for download 2. Published in the public part of MSKB and not available for download, need requesting, free of charge 3. Published in the non-public part of MSKB and not available for download, need requesting, free of charge (like KB871228) 4. Published in the non-public part of MSKB and not available for download, not free of charge All of these hotfixes are digitally signed by Microsoft and therefore I'd call them "official". I know that most people here knows what means "unofficial hotfix" here but it is still confusing. besides hotfixes there are also updates - see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/824684 Petr
  10. Some latest hotfixes uploaded: KB907247-v3.exe KB915365-v2.exe KB918334.exe KB918837.exe KB919408.exe KB919490.exe Petr
  11. Yes, this is exactly what I already wrote in my initial post: Petr No problem, I just want to make things clear and sometimes I don't know what is your exact intention. I just supposed that all obsolete hotfixes belongs to obsolete folder, it has no sense to ask MS for obsoleted hotfixes, but if I have one, I think it could be added. I admit it has very limited use. Petr
  12. No. There is one version of this hotfix for SP1 and second for SP2. It is the drawback of changing the original hotfixes name. SP1 version has the original name IE6.0sp1-KB893371-Windows-2000-xp-x86-ENU.exe and it contains files version 6.00.2800.1493 SP2 version has the original name WindowsXP-KB893371-x86-ENU.exe and it contains files version 6.00.2900.2676 The SP2 version is not listed in the KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/893371 but is available from Microsoft. I have uploaded the SP2 version. Petr
  13. I have compared my localized hotfixes with both current and obsoleted hotfixes and these hotfixes are missin on the share: KB891647 - FIX: The user forms order may be incorrect after you change form parameters on a Windows XP-based computer KB893371 - Internet Explorer crashes if you click a button or scroll the view in Office InfoPath 2003 KB914929 - FIX: Graphical lines that are printed in HPGL Vector mode are thinner than lines in the document if you use a Unidrv-based printer driver in 2-up or 6-up booklet mode KB918599 - FIX: An exception occurs in a drawing application when you use certain pen styles on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP Some of them may be obsoleted but I don't know if you want to have complete collection of all hotfixes or not. I see that your current request list contains just KB912666, KB916189 and KB918014. KB912666 - FIX: You cannot create a startup El Torito-compatible CD by using Windows XP Image Mastering API (IMAPI) on a Windows XP-based computer KB916189 - A COM client application no longer runs as expected on a Windows XP SP2-based computer, and you may receive the following error message: "E_ACCESSDENIED" KB918014 - Error message when you open a Word document on a computer that is running Windows XP with Service Pack 2: "Error! The embedded control cannot be loaded" I have noticed that I have here English version of KB893371 so I have uploaded it. Although it is obsoleted by KB916281. Petr
