Not when you put it like that, however there are seperate links for download and upload. It is intuitive to click on upload, which you failed to do in the first place, you are then directed to the download manager, it is intuitive to then click download. In the amount of time it took you to write that reply you could of just followed the prevalent links. "Upload" and "Download" couldn't be more intuitive, when one is looking to do specificly those things. I think we need to agree to disagree.

I agree a hyperlink would be usefull, to be fair though, there is a link to the download manager right next to the upload link you clicked. These are on every page of the site. Btw symbol files aren't needed. Those who need to use them can easily grab them from the dedicated microsoft symbol server. Anyway, thanks for contributing to the share pepinho, without people like you this site wouldn't exist.

Next to the upload link you clicked, there is a download link, that takes you to the download manager and the Add File button is on the right.

Click the Upload link at the top of the site for instructions on how to upload.

Yep, then you upload it here to share it with everyone. Because they don't always stay available on microsofts site and it's a lot more convenient to download from here
