Well this request section is for HOTFIXES, so I'll move you over to the updates section.
After installing the updates via windows update search WindowsUpdate.log, there maybe a direct link to the installer.
EDIT
This maybe it:

Hi Alik, the KB artlicle states that this update is available on Windows Update. Have you checked it? It might appear in the optional section. Same goes for 2685811.

Hi Alik, this is available from the microsoft download centre http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/de...s.aspx?id=30625

KB2732488 - "NTVDM.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close" error message when you use 16-bit applications in Windows XP

It would probably be quicker to backup your files and reinstall windows, then just install the updates of windows update, if the problem doesn't occur it was probably a hotfix. You could then track down the hotfix to blame by installing them one by one untill you get the issue. Once you find which one it is you can report it to microsoft so they can fix it.
-
Could be a buggy hotfix (which is why you shouldn't install them in a production enviroment unless they specifically fix something your having problems with) remove all hotfixes does it still happen.
Could be buggy logitech software. Uninstall it, does it still happen.
Could be buggy motherboard drivers, like the usb socket not waking up when the PC comes out of power saving mode. Turn off all power saving and see if it still happens.
That's what I'd try anyway.

I knew it was going to be a high one. Knowone likes to post their low speeds. Hehe.
Congrats ArnisL, you take the download crown. Unlucky streetwolf.
I went into bofin mode and worked out the averages.. 96.36 Mb/s Down, 28.98 Mb/s Up Seems we are a speedy community

Leaderboard updated. It now shows all results not just the best and worse.
Currently streetwolf and woniu ocupy the top and bottom of the tables, congrats.
Even if your connection isn't the fastest, it doesn't matter, you'll still make it onto the leaderboard

My ISP recently doubled my speeds, for free.

And just for a laugh, this is the best I could get for years until 18 months ago.

I feel for people still stuck with those speeds, or worse.
