I installed vista x64 on my laptop a few days ago, and it occasionally crashes with BSOD "ndis.sys 0x...." error after that.
so i searched for ndis.sys and found this one.
it has the newest ndis.sys of 6.0.6001.22311.
after applied this hotfix my laptop has run fluently for a whole day. so i decide to share it.
